We are looking for a Specialist/Coordinator – Talent Development, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, On-site, in the city of Londrina-PR.
In this role you will:
The Talent Development Specialist/Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of training and development initiatives, working on projects focused on associate development. This professional will play a key role in organizing training logistics, onboarding new talents, collaborating with vendors, and supporting corporate programs, as well as performing translation, updating, and reviewing learning materials.
