HMH is seeking an entry level Support Intern to aid the Customer Connect team in handling spare parts requests, quotes, and order delivery inquiries from clients in the region.

You will use Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI knowledge to track orders, monitor delivery dates, and generate weekly client reports, while learning HSSE policies and best practices in a global engineering environment.

Qualificações

• Currently studying Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in Office suite; Power BI knowledge.
• Excellent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Update weekly quoting exchange rate spreadsheet.
• Monitor estimated arrival dates and update systems.
• Prepare weekly reports for clients in South America.
• Monitor customer portals for quotes and purchase orders.
• Register quotes and orders in ERP.
• Assist with data transfer between ERP and portals.
• Support parts order processing and delivery coordination.

This role will be to support the Customer Connect team who is in charge of managing all spare parts requests from customers, including requests for quotes, entering orders, and managing order delivery and inquiries from the client. # **Job Responsibilities*** Updating quoting exchange rate spreadsheet for use by the team each week* Monitoring estimated arrival dates for ongoing orders and updating our systems to reflect this information* Preparing weekly reports for clients in South America* Daily monitoring of customer portals for requests for quote and purchase orders* Copying data from our ERP into customer portals to provide clarity to the customer on price, delivery, and other information* Managing re-bookings if there are delays in delivery time* Managing department email inbox for quote requests and POs, and registering these quotes and orders in our ERP* Working with supply chain department on part number extension and requesting pricing* Acquiring estimated dimensions for deliveries for specific clients* Expediting orders by indicating client urgency where needed to the internal business teams* Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks* Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy* Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures* Develops skills to perform basic activities in own job* Understands how the assigned duties integrate with others in the team* Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems;* Impacts the accuracy of own work* Receives close supervision* Duties are clearly defined, and methods and tasks are described in detail* Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy # **Required Qualifications****Education:** Studying Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering.**Experience:** N/A**Skills and Abilities:** Office package, PowerBI knowledge, advanced English level, communication skills.
