We are seeking a Solutions Manager, Strategic Partnerships to support our client-facing technology service projects. This role will serve as the bridge between ICUC clients, ICUC Client Success teams, and our technology partners. The ideal candidate requires deep expertise in enterprise social media management platforms combined with polished, client-facing skills. You will help clients maximize the value of their technology investments by identifying opportunities, solving technical challenges, and aligning platform usage with business goals.
You must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive results in a fully remote, global setting.
The salary range for this position is $70k‑$80k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
