Responsibilities

• Define and implement tests for the happy path and edge cases.
• Design and implement collections, documents, and queries in relational and non‑relational databases.
• Propose improvements to the development framework.
• Prepare, review, and approve pull requests with a strong focus on quality and documentation, leaving feedback that helps grow the team.
• Ensure quality in the production release of the initiatives they participate in.
• Perform debugging in development, staging, and production environments using Datadog.
• Solve medium‑complexity problems involving service orchestration and determine when to apply synchronous vs. asynchronous calls.
• Solve end‑to‑end issues.
• Mentor junior teammates in the integration and deployment of their solutions.
• Propose and implement solutions applying scalability, security, and maintainability principles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building digital products: apps, web, or APIs.
• Knowledge of databases: data modeling and query optimization.
• Critical thinking and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to provide mentorship.
• Experience in at least one AI‑related project (Cursora / Copilot ideally).
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Nice‑to‑have requirements

• Knowledge of Java, Typescript, and NestJS.
• Frontend experience with React and NextJS.
• Asynchronous communication through queues and events.
• Experience with AWS and DevOps processes.
