Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer - Ruby for AI Training. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role designed for engineers who want flexible, task-based work and to influence how AI writes Ruby code. You will review and improve AI-generated Ruby code, develop backend services, and collaborate asynchronously with researchers and engineers.

2+ years of experience and strong Ruby skills are required. Remote, international collaboration, with potential for ongoing work and contract

What You'll Do
