Commure is expanding its RCM Product Team to scale and maintain our website infrastructure, supporting thousands of practices nationwide. You will work across the stack with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, and Flask to build scalable features for Insights.

The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end products, collaborating in a fast-paced environment, and improving web performance and user experience for healthcare practices.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of production software engineering experience.
• Able to work on both frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and backend (Python) and deliver product end‑to‑end.
• Basic understanding of cloud solutions (GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with RESTful standards and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Have a strong product engineering sense with a can‑do builder attitude.
• Able to identify opportunities to improve the current process.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product Team at Commure + Athelas powers the core operating system for our practices. Our product, Insights, provides practice staff and administrators with everything they need to manage their practice’s operations efficiently. We maintain 150+ customer‑facing features, ranging from high‑level reports and visualizations to workflow automation tools to help staff boost their practice’s revenue.

This role will play a key role in scaling and maintaining our website’s infrastructure, ensuring a seamless user experience as we grow to support thousands of practices nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Build end‑to‑end products to scale and empower our operations teams
• Be part of a tremendously fast‑paced team that celebrates fast execution and decision
• Work across the entire software stack
• Work with a stack that includes Python, Typescript, JavaScript, React Native, Flask, and other frameworks

What You Have

• At least 3 years of production software engineering experience
• Able to work on both frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and backend (Python) in general and deliver product end‑to‑end
• Basic understanding of cloud solutions (GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and cycles
• Understand standard web‑based technologies, such as RESTful standards and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Have a strong product engineering sense with a can‑do builder attitude
• Able to identify opportunities to improve the current process
• Strong proficiency in the English language, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in both verbal and written formats.

Nice to Have

• Having worked on greenfield projects before, building and shipping products from scratch
• Worked in the healthcare industry before
• Experience working in a fast pace environment (we ship fast)
• Familiarity with BI software
