Overview

With the growth of our iOS app—currently the #18 productivity app in the App Store—and recent recognition with Apple’s 2025 Design Award for Inclusivity, we need a Senior iOS Engineer to support our expanding user base and work on exciting new projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in fast‑paced environments, makes product‑driven decisions, and builds delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead key engineering and product decisions.
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
• Work within a dedicated product team.
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.

• Experience building products that scale to large user bases.
• Track record of guiding products from inception to traction, owning engineering responsibilities.

• Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI.

Technical Requirements

• Proficient in Swift.
• Experience with SwiftUI.
• Multithreading programming experience.
• Working with CI/CD infrastructure.
• Experience with Fastlane.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles.
• Strong Git skills and familiarity with various Git strategies.

United States‑Based Salary Range: $140,000 – $200,000 per year + bonus + stock, depending on experience.
