You’ll join an engineering team developing enterprise SaaS solutions used by businesses around the world. The technology combines traditional software engineering with a new generation of AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent agents that integrate directly into existing applications.

This isn't a role where AI is simply an experimental feature. You'll work with AI both as a technology you build into products and as a tool that transforms how you develop, test and deliver software.

What You'll Be Working On

Build modern SaaS applications

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications across the full technology stack.
• Build backend services, APIs, intuitive user interfaces and robust data models.
• Take ownership of features throughout their lifecycle, from initial design to production deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs, monitoring tools and AI-assisted diagnostics.

Develop intelligent AI agents

• Create AI agents that extend the capabilities of existing enterprise applications.
• Integrate agents into a shared platform using established frameworks and SDKs.
• Build secure, structured interactions between AI agents and application services.
• Implement agent registration, configuration and tenant-specific deployment capabilities.
• Collaborate with platform engineering teams to improve integration and extensibility.

Use AI to accelerate software engineering

• Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar tools as part of your daily workflow.
• Delegate well-defined development tasks to autonomous or semi-autonomous coding agents.

• Generate and maintain automated tests using AI-powered tools.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance and maintainability.

Collaborate and deliver

• Work closely with Product Managers, Quality Engineers and other Software Engineers.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
• Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support automated build, testing and deployment processes.
• Share knowledge and help less experienced engineers develop their skills.

What We're Looking For

Software engineering experience

• Professional experience developing and delivering production-grade software.
• Strong backend development skills, ideally using C# and .NET, or another mainstream backend technology.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL and data modelling.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerisation and modern deployment practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Understanding of software architecture, maintainability and performance.

AI development experience

• Practical experience using AI coding assistants as part of your regular development workflow.
• Ability to guide AI coding agents through clear instructions, technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Experience reviewing, validating and improving AI-generated code.
• Understanding of AI agents, their integration patterns and how they interact with software applications.
• Familiarity with plugin architectures, extensibility frameworks or SDK integrations.
• Interest in using AI to improve software quality, development speed and testing efficiency.

You don't need to have built an entire AI agent platform, but you should understand the fundamentals and be comfortable learning new approaches.
