Chainlink Labs is seeking a Software Engineer in Data Growth to help transform how web3 customers discover, onboard, and adopt products. You will design scalable automation, self-service experiences, and intelligent workflows to reduce onboarding complexity and boost efficiency.

You should have experience with TypeScript, AI-enabled solutions, and familiarity with Web3. The role is remote/global, with overlap to EST hours to support cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Experience building software products or platforms using TypeScript.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies, tools, or frameworks to improve products, workflows, or operational processes.
• Exposure to Web3 technologies, ecosystems, or decentralized applications, or experience in electronic trading environments.

• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, analyze, and solve complex technical and operational problems.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.

• Collaborate across technical and business teams to solve complex problems and create sustainable, scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating friction, and improving end-to-end customer experiences.

About The Role

As a Software Engineer in Data Growth, you will help transform how web3 customers discover, onboard, and adopt products by building scalable automation, self-service experiences, and intelligent workflows. This role exists to reduce operational complexity, accelerate customer onboarding, and improve the efficiency of growth-related processes through modern software engineering, AI-enabled solutions, and systems thinking.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience developing applications or services using Golang.
• Experience building self-service platforms, onboarding systems, or workflow automation products.
• Familiarity with customer growth, onboarding, provisioning, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience improving data sourcing, data quality, or data integration processes.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
