This is a remote opportunity for fluent English speakers based in Brazil. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience with Python or Go and a deep understanding of distributed systems. Qualificações

• 5+ years building scalable backend systems in production.
• Strong experience with Python and/or Go.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices.
• Passion for code quality, testing frameworks, and developer tooling.
• Experience in Ad Tech or Developer Platforms is a plus.

About the Role

You’ll help design and evolve the platform that enables advertisers to create, manage, and measure campaigns at scale. This team builds the foundation that powers the company’s advertising ecosystem, ensuring reliability, performance, and a seamless developer experience for internal teams.

What You’ll Do

Design and maintain scalable backend services supporting a global ad platform.

Own critical infrastructure across Python, Go, and Kafka ecosystems.

Architect APIs and data models used company-wide.

Develop monitoring, alerting, and operational tools for mission‑critical systems.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve performance and scalability.
