Qualificações

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, working with databases, and integrating third-party services.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns for building maintainable, modular systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with data processing or analytics systems; interest in personalization, recommendation engines, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in South America. The Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain back-end services that power the personalization engine, analytics tools, and core platform features. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, implementing APIs and integrations, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with product, data, and design teams to deliver new features. The role also involves participating in code reviews, improving development workflows, ensuring security and reliability, and contributing to technical documentation and testing. As part of a growing team, the Software Engineer will help shape technical architecture and best practices as the platform scales globally.
