Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners. We seek a Software Engineer II to own medium-sized features across our product stack, delivering user-facing features and backend services with a focus on reliability and compliance in a regulated environment.

You will work in a lean, fast-moving team, collaborating across engineering and product to ship 3–5 productions deployments per week while maintaining high standards of quality and security.

You'll work on systems that handle payments, credit, and other core products that our customers rely on daily to drive business operations.
