4Solution Group in São Paulo seeks an experienced Software Developer to design and maintain backend services using C# and .NET within a microservices architecture. You will upgrade, troubleshoot, document, and collaborate with international teams.

Apply Agile practices and cloud experience (AWS or GCP) while analysing requirements and delivering robust backend solutions. 5+ years of experience is required.

• 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Software Developer.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET development.
• Proficient English communication, including spoken, for international teams.
• Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS or GCP.

• * Develop and maintain backend applications using *C# and .NET*, working within a Microservices Architecture;
• * Upgrade, configure, troubleshoot, and debug existing systems;
• * Translate high-level technical requirements into effective software solutions;
• * Estimate the effort required for development activities;
• * Assess technical requirements and implementation feasibility;
• * Provide technical support and troubleshoot backend applications, identifying root causes of issues when needed;
• * Perform code reviews and refactoring to ensure code quality and maintainability;
• * Create and maintain relevant technical documentation;
• * Collaborate with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.

Who you are

• * *At least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Software Developer;*
• * Hands-on experience with *C# and .NET development*;
• * Intermediate English skills, *including spoken communication*, as you'll work with international teams;
• * Experience with cloud environments/hyperscalers, particularly *AWS or GCP*;
• * Understanding of Agile methodologies;
• * Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• * Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• * Previous experience with Microservices Architecture;
• * Experience troubleshooting and investigating backend issues;
• * Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
