We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on Social Media to join our team in Brazil. This role is essential for maintaining and growing our vibrant online community. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving community engagement, and supporting our marketing campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content tailored to the audiences and formats of each social media platform on a regular basis.
  • Community Growth and Engagement: Drive, measure, and report community growth and engagement from social media. Provide reports on feedback and sentiment. Provide reports on social media performance.
  • Brand Perception and Customer Support: Ensure positive brand perception by providing customer support and delivering structured feedback to product teams.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in marketing campaigns by creating reports, copies, surveys, excel sheets, and tracking results.
Job Requirements:
  • Confident in creating engaging content, including appearing in videos similar to those shared on our social channels (see the examples here and here).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in creating reports, working with spreadsheets, and extracting insights from KPIs to inform decisions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented (OKR-driven) environment; team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; remote work experience a plus.
