Emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence present exciting opportunities for us and our clients. As the world adapts, we’re committed to safely exploring the potential advantages of AI, integrating it thoughtfully into our work where possible, and one day guiding our clients through new possibilities when they’re open and ready for them. Own day‑to‑day production for creative ideas you pitch, turning brand priorities, fandom insights and social trends into clear, platform‑native and reactive content ideas across platforms.
Lead and contribute to brainstorms, shaping ideas into repeatable concepts or one‑off reactive executions that feel right for each platform and audience.
Turn ideas into tight, practical briefs for editors, motion designers and art directors — with clear references, formats, specs, timings and deliverable lists.
Manage the content pipeline for your pitches : source and organize footage and assets, brief work in, track progress, flag risks early and keep delivery on schedule.
Keep our tools and trackers accurate (e.g. Airtable, content calendars, asset libraries), suggesting improvements that make the workflow smoother and more efficient.
Work directly with clients on your projects, presenting ideas, gathering and interpreting feedback, and adjusting outputs while protecting the strength of the creative.
Create social‑first content yourself : writing platform‑specific copy (captions, overlays, CTAs, post text) and producing simple visual assets ready for publishing.
Comb through episodes, films, trailers and clips to surface the strongest social moments, tagging and time‑coding them into clear hooks and formats for editors and designers to build from.
Run rigorous quality checks on assets before delivery to ensure they’re on‑brand, accurate, compliant and optimized for each platform’s specs and best practices.
Collaborate closely with the wider team, sharing context between strategy, creative, production and account management so everyone is clear on priorities and next steps.
Use AI tools and LLMs to boost your output, from idea generation and copy exploration to asset variations and tagging, and contribute to evolving how we use AI in our workflows.
Along with your CV, please send us a cover letter that tells us why you’re the perfect fit for this role, PLUS, make us a meme! Try your best to make us laugh with a simple text‑on‑image meme using TV or Film IP. We’d also LOVE if you could let us know your current favourite social media trend and why!
