Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Snowflake Engineer to design and manage scalable data warehouses on Snowflake, optimizing performance and security for a global client base.

You will implement Snowflake features like Snowpipe and data sharing, build robust data models with dbt, and collaborate with analysts to deliver high-quality data assets. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and USD or local currency compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing data warehouses on Snowflake.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling using dbt.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake-specific features such as Snowpipe, data sharing, and cost optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data models and transformations utilizing dbt to ensure data quality and reliability.
