This is a technical execution role — not strategy only.
Rebuild key templates (Home, Collection, PDP, Cart, Checkout) with a mobile‑first, conversion‑focused approach.
Implement CRO / UI enhancements: trust signals, sticky ATC, bundles, urgency, reviews, upsells, cart optimization.
Replace heavy apps with custom code when possible to increase performance + reduce cost.
Bring load speeds under 2.5 seconds across top pages.
Maintain a clean, version‑controlled deployment workflow.
Diagnose and fix checkout drop‑offs + friction points (Shop Pay, PayPal, Prime, etc.).
Improve ATC rate, product discovery, clarity, and mobile usability.
Implement A/B testing variants from the CRO team or propose your own.
