O candidato ideal terá experiência prática em desenvolvimento, colaboração com stakeholders e implementação de soluções escaláveis. O trabalho permite a flexibilidade remota, porém, busca-se profissionais preferencialmente de Londrina ou São Paulo.

Qualificações

• É necessário ter experiência em integração de IA na plataforma ServiceNow.
• Capacidade de implementar soluções de IA escaláveis e seguras.
• Conhecimento em metodologias Agile / Scrum é apreciado.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e implementar soluções usando a IA Now Assist da ServiceNow.
• Colaborar com stakeholders para entender requisitos.
• Desenvolver aplicativos e automações personalizadas na ServiceNow.
• Otimizar modelos de IA para precisão e desempenho.
• Fornecer orientação técnica sobre melhores práticas de IA.

ServiceNow Developer – Now Assist AI Specialization

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands‑on expertise in Now Assist AI and ServiceNow’s AI / ML capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI integrations).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and configuration.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST / SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI service orchestration, or similar AI technologies is a strong advantage.
• Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and user‑friendly AI solutions within ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow AI configurations.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Optimize and fine‑tune AI models within ServiceNow for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
• Provide technical guidance on AI / ML best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow AI innovations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as :
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist
• Now Assist AI Specialist (if available)
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
