The position: Service Technician, 4 Stroke located in Manaus, Brazil.

Responsibilities
  • Executes field service activities, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment in accordance with maintenance and service agreements and technical specifications.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Follows established safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Interacts with customers to understand their service needs and provides solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Collaborates with the service team and other teams to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
  • Participates in continuous learning and training to stay updated with the latest technologies and service techniques.
Requirements
  • Complete Technical Training – Mechanics and others authorized by current legislation.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Intermediate English
  • Practical handling of tools
  • Measuring instruments
  • Specific repairs and scheduled maintenance
  • Knowledge of procedures and guidelines on Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety.
