Job Family Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

The Global Service LEAN team prioritizes enhancing a culture of continuous improvement and execution excellence within our Service Business. We coordinate Strategy Deployment, establish global concepts, and implement breakthrough improvements using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

What You'll Do:
  • Engage with our Service team across the country and region to implement our Lean roadmap and support sites in increasing their Lean maturity level.
  • Analyze performance data and root causes to explain the financial impact.
  • Coordinate small to medium improvement projects on work methods and processes in turbines, offices, and warehouses.
  • Deploy Lean tools and assess training needs.
  • Facilitate on-site Kaizen events and follow-up sessions to define and sustain improvements.
  • Reduce operational costs.
  • Share Lean best practices within your region.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement experience with notable accomplishments.
  • Experience in supervising small to medium projects within an international cross‑functional environment.
  • Solid analytical skills and a ability to use IT tools, with a knowledge of Power BI.
  • Interest in working closely with field technicians to identify improvement potentials in all types of turbine components.
  • Good communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from technicians to senior directors.
  • Effective change agent behavior and project implementation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is valorable.
