Qualificações

  • User support
  • Diagnosis and resolution of IT issues
  • Equipment configuration and maintenance
  • Environment checklist
Competencies:
  • 1-5 years' experience as technical support
  • Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
  • Horizontal and Vertical Application Distribution, SCCM, Liquid, CDP, Atom
  • Remote Access, Virtual Desktop
  • MDM, PXE boot
  • Microsoft 365, Collaboration Suites
  • Hardware (desktops, laptops)
  • Networking (TCP / IP, WiFi, VPN, Vlan, routing protocols)
  • Service Desk / ITSM systems, Itil
  • Clarity and objectivity in oral and written communication
  • Active listening and empathy to understand user needs
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in accessible language
  • Customer Service (Patience, courtesy)
  • Proactivity in problem-solving
  • Organization and discipline
  • Time management
  • Interaction with other IT teams and vendors
