As a Service Delivery Personnel and Competency Coordinator ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short mid and long term) personnel competence levels and personnel availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime
• Assigning crews to jobs and initiating coordinate mobilization and de‑mobilization
• Developing the training and competence strategies
• Creating development plans
• Coordinating competence assessment and monitoring progression and training compliance

Qualifications

• Have bachelors degree or be studying Production Engineering.
• Have experience in a similar role
• Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Portuguese
• Have good team working and communication skills
• Demonstrate effective communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
