About the Role

Ignite Visibility, a fast‑growing digital marketing company, is looking for an international SEO Strategist (senior level) to join our team full‑time. This supervisory role requires a senior SEO leader who can work U.S. business hours in Eastern Standard Time and who will develop and manage franchise‑specific SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide SEO support to an SEO Strategist.
  • Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise.
  • Oversee the implementation of linking strategies and organic search tactics.
  • Provide detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility.
  • Create and oversee website SEO audits, generate new link‑building opportunities, and build relationships for link building.
  • Assist with onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients.
  • Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search to clients.
  • Work across departments to develop a strong understanding of organic SEO.
  • Ensure on‑time, on‑budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or elevate issues as necessary.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics.
  • Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements.
  • Review and help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis.
  • Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews.
  • Attend key account meetings as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues.
