About the role

Are you an SEO leader with local SEO and franchise SEO expertise looking for your next great career opportunity? Ignite Visibility, a fast‑growing digital marketing company based in San Diego, CA, with an office in Orlando, FL, and a fully remote team, is looking for an experienced international SEO Strategist (supervisory level of experience) to join our team full‑time. This team lead supervisory role requires a senior SEO leader who can work U.S. business time, Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide SEO support to an SEO Strategist
• Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise.
• Oversee the implementation of linking strategies.
• Create and oversee organic search strategies for assigned clients.
• Provide detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility.
• Assist with or create website SEO audits.
• Identify new link‑building opportunities and develop relationships for link building.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients.
• Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search to clients.
• Work across departments to gain a strong understanding of organic SEO.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or elevate as necessary.
• Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics.
• Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements.
• Review and help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis.
• Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews.
• Attend key account meetings as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience.
• Strong client relationship and English communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing multi‑location and national SEO programs.
• Strategic planning and execution for franchise‑specific challenges.
• Project management skills.
