Senior YouTube Media Buyer (Affiliate offers - insurance, torts, ecomm)

We are looking for a senior YouTube media buyer who understands the affiliate marketing game and has recently scaled affiliate offers to 5k–100k per day in ad spend on YouTube.

Experience on other video platforms (Meta, TikTok, native) is a plus.

You will fully own YouTube as a channel and treat it like your own business.

We currently manage around $500k per month in ad spend on Meta and want YouTube to become a serious profit center.

Mission for this role

Own YouTube and 2–3 affiliate offers and scale campaigns from first test to 5k–100k per day in profitable ad spend in the following niches :

  • Insurance
  • Mass tort and legal style offers
  • Affiliate e-commerce and VSL style offers
What success looks like
First 30 days

Pick 1–2 core affiliate offers on YouTube and fully own them.

Set up campaigns, tracking, and postbacks in ClickFlare.

Clean up pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and naming across your YouTube and Google Ads structure.

Build a simple weekly testing plan for hooks, angles, thumbnails, creatives, and formats (in-stream, Shorts, discovery).

By 90 days

Consistently manage $3k–$20k per day in ad spend on YouTube while hitting or beating agreed KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, payout targets).

Have at least 2 winning offers live with stable spend and clear scaling plans.

Ship a minimum of
  • new video and thumbnail variations per day across hooks, angles, intros, and calls to action.

Build and maintain a few winning presell pages or landers in GoHighLevel that are tightly matched to your video angles.

By 12 months

Own a portfolio of offers spending $30k–$100k per day on YouTube at healthy margins.

Have a repeatable testing and scaling system documented so another buyer could follow it.

Be the internal channel CEO for YouTube and mentor junior buyers as the team grows.

What you will do

Handle all technical media buying on YouTube : Google Ads setup, ClickFlare setup, pixels, postbacks, scaling, rules, bid strategies, and budget management.

Drive creative testing with high-performing YouTube ads : UGC style, founder videos, edits from longer VSLs, and short-form hooks.

Write strong ad copy for scripts, hooks, overlays, and descriptions that fit the YouTube environment and drive high EPC.

Come up with new creative concepts, angles, and presell ideas for each offer, especially for insurance, tort, and legal funnels.

Work with designers and editors (or basic tools yourself) to keep a steady flow of new creatives in testing.

Who you are

In the last 12 months you have scaled at least one affiliate offer to 5k–100k per day in spend on YouTube or a similar video platform, with proof of results.

You have owned budgets of at least $100k per month and treated that money like your own.

You have experience in at least one of these niches : insurance, mass tort or legal, loans / refi, or VSL-style e-commerce.

You are a proactive problem solver who does not wait for perfect information to act.

You are comfortable talking in terms of CPL, EPC, margin, payout math, and cash flow.

You can build landers, edit simple creatives, and handle the unsexy technical work without complaining.

You care more about making more money than having a chill life work balance.

You are okay jumping in on weekends when there is money to be made or saved.

Offer

Competitive base salary plus 10% channel / offer team pre-tax profit sharing.

If you own YouTube 100 percent, you get 10 percent of pre-tax net profit as a bonus.

Real upside to $100k–$300k plus per year for a true A player.
