DotYeti is a fully remote creative team designing for businesses worldwide. We seek a Senior Web Designer to craft landing pages, UI/UX systems, and email templates with an eye for detail and conversion.

Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus a solid grasp of email marketing design principles. Flexible hours and contractor setup support a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Senior Web Designer - DotYeti

Important Note: This position operates within the Brazil time zone (11 AM - 7 PM BRT). Flexibility with working hours is essential.

What you'll do:

• Creative Craft: Develop high-level website concepts, landing pages, UI/UX systems, and conversion-focused digital designs, made with real artistry and the kind of detail people notice.
• Quality & Delivery: Deliver responsive web designs, interactive layouts, and email templates that are polished, on-brand, and on time. You hold your work to a high bar before anyone else has to.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to turn briefs into high-performing web experiences, present design rationale clearly, share feedback openly, and keep projects moving (and fun).
• Problem Solving: Optimize user journeys, resolve complex UI/UX layout roadblocks, and bridge design-to-development handoffs, finding fixes that last, not just quick patches.
• Learning & Tools: Explore new tools, AI workflows, and techniques that help the team create better work.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has extensive experience in web and email design, with a strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, email marketing assets, and app interfaces.
• Possesses deep expertise in design software and technologies (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Has a strong understanding of email marketing design principles, including responsive layouts, deliverability, and conversion optimization.
• Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.
• Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right.
• Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique.
• Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team.

Bonus Points for:

• Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, HTML/CSS for email template customizations.
• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
