Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and best practices
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO
• Experience with API and integration testing (REST/GraphQL) using tools such as Postman, and a solid understanding of REST principles and HTTP methods
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience testing web and mobile interfaces
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Responsabilidades

• Perform Day-in-the-Life testing to validate real-world customer workflows
• Prepare and maintain client configurations and test environments
• Perform manual functional, integration, and regression testing
• Develop and maintain automated end-to-end, API, and integration tests
• Monitor manual and automated test execution, investigate failures, and track test reliability metrics
• Work closely with developers to identify, reproduce, document, and track defects
• Collect testing metrics and contribute to QA reporting
• Collaborate with the team to clarify acceptance criteria, support early testing, and participate in test code reviews
• Help improve testing practices and overall product quality

We invite a Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team working on a well-established cloud-based restaurant POS platform used by thousands of U.S. businesses. In this role, you\'ll contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts, validate real-world customer workflows through Day-in-the-Life testing, and collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, Product teams, and Team Leads to ensure product quality.
