We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Technical leadership : Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, help the team with problem solving by offering suggestions, technical guidelines and feedback, ensure quality, performance and security.

Project Management : Ensure valuable deliveries, timeline, ceremonies, project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks, report project status, collect and apply lessons learned.

People Management : Evaluations, IDP, feedback, 1 : 1, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity, technical and soft skills, motivate the team, provide career direction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related areas or equivalent work experience.

Experience with Software Development.

Experience in a leadership role in software development projects.

Manage customer expectations while working with cross-functional teams to meet customer / product delivery goals.
