Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical execution
- Collaborate with multiple teams across Engineering, Product, and other functions to ensure effective execution of projects
- Resolve project-level issues, manage scope changes, and mitigate risks for smooth delivery
- Define and track KPIs, report progress, and escalate issues to leadership
- Optimize processes, refine tools, and implement best practices for efficient program delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or Engineering management, focusing on software development or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and implementation in Cloud/SaaS/Enterprise domains
- Proven track record of delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence domains, with a focus on AI or LLM exposure
- Technical background, such as a former engineer or technical degree
- Certifications in project management methodologies, such as SAFe
- Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
