Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical execution
• Collaborate with multiple teams across Engineering, Product, and other functions to ensure effective execution of projects
• Resolve project-level issues, manage scope changes, and mitigate risks for smooth delivery
• Define and track KPIs, report progress, and escalate issues to leadership
• Optimize processes, refine tools, and implement best practices for efficient program delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or Engineering management, focusing on software development or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and implementation in Cloud/SaaS/Enterprise domains
• Proven track record of delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence domains, with a focus on AI or LLM exposure
• Technical background, such as a former engineer or technical degree
• Certifications in project management methodologies, such as SAFe
• Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
