BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive a PaaS migration to Vercel, leveraging NestJS, Next.js, and TypeScript. You will define architecture, scale the platform, and guide teams in best practices while ensuring security and reliability.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-team collaboration, and strategic decisions that shape the platform's long-term foundation in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in NestJS and Next.js with TypeScript.
• Proven experience in system architecture design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience deploying applications to serverless or PaaS environments.
