Software Architect Lead We are seeking an experienced Software Architect Lead to join our team.

This is a key role that will help drive the success of our organization by architecting and delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and leadership. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement large-scale software systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth and development of the team. The successful candidate will have expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. They will also have experience with a range of software development tools and technologies, including Salesforce, Apex, Visual Force, and Eclipse IDE. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and implement large‑scale software systems.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Architect and deliver high‑quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.
Technical Expertise
  • Salesforce Configurations: Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, Roles, Enterprise Territory Management, Security Controls, Reports and Dashboards, Sharing rules.
  • Administration, Configuration, Implementation and experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Customization: Security, Access, Workflow, Approvals, Data Validation, Data utilities.
  • SFDC Development: Apex language, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Web Services, Components, Tabs.
  • Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, Dashboards.
  • Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org‑Wide default Sharing rules, Work Flows.
  • Sales Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, Ant Migration tool, Standard and custom controllers.
  • Data Loader, Force.com Eclipse IDE Plug‑in, VS Code.
  • Workflow‑Approval, Custom objects, Custom tabs, Email service, HTML Web‑service, REST and SOAP.
  • Debugging the code for troubleshooting issues.
