Job Title : Senior Talent Sourcer (LATAM & US) The Challenge : Fueling Hyper-Growth Across the Americas As our Senior Global Sourcer , you will be a strategic partner responsible for scaling our high-impact teams across the Americas, focusing on Brazil, Mexico, and the United States .
This is a dynamic, high-visibility role where your expertise in navigating diverse regional markets and your deep understanding of the global FinTech talent pool will directly fuel Ant International's expansion.
Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier professionals in the highly competitive payments and technology sectors.
Regional Sourcing Strategy & Execution (80%) : Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S. Execute targeted searches for critical and complex roles, with an emphasis on talent that possesses in-depth knowledge of the Payments ecosystem (acquiring, e-commerce, digital wallets, regulatory compliance) in the regions.
Lead market intelligence gathering across the Americas to provide strategic salary, competitor, and talent availability insights to leadership.
Stakeholder Partnership : Serve as the trusted regional talent expert, collaborating closely with Recruiters, HRBPs (like yourself), and Hiring Managers across multiple time zones.
Craft compelling narratives and value propositions tailored to attract passive talent in each distinct market (LATAM vs. North America).
Candidate Experience : Ensure all candidates receive an exceptional experience, reflecting Ant International's reputation for integrity, innovation, and global standards.
Proven Experience : Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Sourcing or Technical Recruitment, with a successful track record in hiring senior-level roles.
Regional Expertise (Mandatory) : Demonstrable experience recruiting in Latin America (LATAM), specifically Brazil and Mexico, is required .
You understand the cultural nuances and talent pools of these markets.
Payments & FinTech Knowledge (Strong Plus) : Solid, practical knowledge of the payments ecosystem, e-commerce, or FinTech industry.
Global Exposure (Strong Plus) : Knowledge of the U.S. recruitment market and experience sourcing U.S. profiles is a significant advantage ( a strong plus ).
Language : Advanced English (fluent written and verbal) is mandatory for daily international communication.
Spanish proficiency is a big plus.
Strategic Mindset : Ability to translate business goals into actionable sourcing plans across diverse geographies.
