Key Roles & Responsibilities

An Executive Search Consultant will be responsible for leading high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services.

This role involves providing exceptional support to senior executives across multiple concurrent searches.

• Candidate Research & Sourcing: Conduct structured research, source and screen applicants, and lead candidate scoring and initial assessment.
• End to End Recruiting: Build and manage candidate pipelines, conduct first‑round screens, prepare concise candidate summaries, and coordinate interviews and every step of the hiring process.
• Business Development Support: Research companies, markets, and potential clients, build prospect lists and market intelligence, and bring new ideas and initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
• Advanced English + Native Portuguese is mandatory; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Remote work arrangement with preference for São Paulo, SP.
