What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
  • Screen candidates for technical expertise, cultural fit, and leadership potential, providing strategic input on selection
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters on sourcing and screening techniques
  • Manage and advise on the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles
  • Leverage recruitment data and market insights to enhance strategies and influence stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing complex offers
  • 2 years of experience recruiting within Gas Power, Electric, or Renewable Energy Companies
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience advising senior leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Expertise in recruiting for Software Development, Design Engineering, and electrical/mechanical engineering roles
  • Experience with TA tools such as Workday or other ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI bots (e.g., ChatGPT)
  • Experience working in both corporate and agency recruiting environments
