What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex business roles across Operations and other non-technical departments
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging market mapping and AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Partner with leadership to define job requirements and establish hiring timelines
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and workforce planning
- Design and refine scalable recruiting processes to enhance speed and quality of hire
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5 - 7 years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Proven track record of hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations in high-growth companies
- Experience in managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and conducting meaningful conversations with business leaders
- Strong understanding of business and Operations functions, from revenue operations to marketing and sales
- Ability to influence commercial outcomes through effective recruiting strategies

- Experience supporting senior-level and quota-carrying hires
- Familiarity with hourly hiring strategies at scale
- Advanced networking skills within GTM and business communities
- Skilled in evaluating commercial acumen, leadership potential, and cultural fit
- Ability to shape hiring strategy through data and market knowledge
