What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
- Screen candidates for technical expertise, cultural fit, and leadership potential while providing strategic input on selections
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing and screening techniques
- Manage and advise on the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers
- Lead complex offer negotiations with candidates and guide stakeholders on compensation benchmarks
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing and screening
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies, particularly in engaging passive candidates
- Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in advising senior leadership
- Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting environments is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience recruiting for sales, business development, project management, and product management
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture passive candidate pipelines using a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Proven skill in prompt engineering to ensure high-quality outputs from AI tools
