Project Description

We are building WON, a high-performance, mobile-first cryptocurrency trading terminal focused on robust infrastructure, performance, and distributed systems. The goal of the project is to deliver a professional trading experience within a single mobile interface, including:

• Real-time mobile applications
• Advanced data visualization and charting
• Real-time communication with backend systems (WebSockets)
• High reliability, low latency, and excellent UX

A scalable architecture built for long-term growth

The mobile frontend is a critical part of the system, as it is the direct interface between users and complex trading flows with real-time data.

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior / Staff React Native Engineer to lead and execute the development of the core mobile application.

This is not a junior role and not purely execution-focused. We are looking for strong technical judgment, real production experience, and the autonomy to make architectural and implementation decisions.

What You'll Work On

• Architecture and development of complex mobile applications
• Implementation of real-time data flows
• Integration with backend APIs and services
• Performance optimization and user experience improvements
• Direct collaboration with backend engineers and product

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust mobile applications using React Native
• Implement real-time communication (WebSockets, streams)
• Integrate REST APIs and complex backend services
• Optimize performance, stability, and UX
• Actively participate in frontend technical decisions
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product managers
• Ensure code quality and production best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with React
• 3+ years of hands-on React Native experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Proven experience working on production mobile applications
• Experience with real-time applications, API consumption, state management
• Ability to work autonomously in remote environments
• Must be located in Brazil
• Intermediate to advanced English is required

Must be able to: Read technical documentation in English, Write technical messages in English, Participate in technical calls in English. The client is international.
