What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and engage with prospective customers to ensure a technical understanding of their needs
• Generate detailed proposals for advanced R&D, Technology Platforms, and GMP manufacturing to support clinical and commercial needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to revise project scopes and drive programs from proposal to contract signature
• Manage program pricing and timelines in partnership with Sales & Business Management
• Conduct continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate projects as assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics, cell therapy development, and drug development lifecycle
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to multi‑task effectively
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and/or MS Project

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 2-4 years of experience in the bio/pharmaceutical R&D and/or manufacturing industry
• 0-3 years of experience in technical evaluation and proposals
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Previous customer‑facing role experience
• Relevant program management or sales experience
