Your work will support expert users making important commercial decisions, where clarity, usability, and trust are essential.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end design of assigned features, from initial concepts and wireframes through interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and implementation reviews.

Create intuitive, data-rich interfaces, including dashboards, scenario-planning tools, analytical views, and complex workflows.

Design interactions that help users understand and confidently interpret AI-generated recommendations, confidence indicators, and uncertainty.

Contribute to our design system by developing reusable components, maintaining consistency, and improving design patterns as the platform evolves.

Conduct usability research and prototype testing with consulting teams and subject-matter experts, translating feedback into practical design improvements.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, clearly documented, and implemented to a high standard.

Present design concepts and decisions to colleagues and stakeholders, connecting design choices to user needs and business objectives.

Maintain organized design files, specifications, and documentation that support effective collaboration across teams.

Stay current with emerging design tools, AI-powered product experiences, and data visualization practices, applying relevant innovations to your work.
