Docplanner is seeking a Senior Specialist in Creative Strategy & Performance to own the full creative lifecycle for paid media across nine markets. You will bridge performance data and creative output, turning insights into sharper briefs, faster production, and a smart testing roadmap.
The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, focusing on paid social (Meta Ads) and cross-channel optimization, with remote-friendly and hybrid work options.
At Docplanner Group, we’re on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. As the world’s largest healthcare platform, each month, we connect 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries (through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda). Our marketplaces, SaaS and AI tools simplify daily tasks and help doctors, clinics and hospitals work more efficiently, so they can focus on what really matters: caring for their patients.

Docplanner’s Paid Marketing team - a B2B function focused on acquiring doctors and clinics - is looking for a Senior Specialist in Creative Strategy & Performance to own the full creative lifecycle for paid media: from strategy and briefing, through asset production management, to performance intelligence and testing. This is a hybrid strategist/operator role - half creative thinking, half process and data discipline.
You’ll be the bridge between performance data and creative output - turning what’s working (and what isn’t) across our nine markets into sharper briefs, faster production cycles, and a continuously improving testing roadmap.
We are looking for a person with a performance marketing background that has hands‑on experience in campaigns management and targets delivery. If you are a performance marketer who loves testing and can turn insights into repeatable creative performance, read on!
We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role):
Intro Chat – A first call with our Talent Partner, to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation.
TestGorilla – (SHL numerical reasoning assessment).
Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper conversation about your background, aspirations, and experience with the hiring manager and your potential manager in this role . Take this chance to ask anything on your mind—it’s just as much about making sure we’re the right fit for you, too.
Business Case – A take-home exercise incl. a few days’ preparation time, designed to understand how you approach real‑life problems. You’ll then walk us through your approach in a collaborative discussion with the hiring manager and the team to discuss your thoughts and findings.
Additional/ Final Interview (Optional) – A final conversation with another senior leader from our Global Team.

Work with talented people from all over the world in a diverse and inclusive environment.
