What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist in planning and executing Sales Leader Effectiveness and Field Sales Trainer programs
  • Drive onboarding for sales leadership and identify development needs across levels
  • Collaborate with various teams to extend learning to emerging leaders and optimize training
  • Develop and sustain a formal mentor program leveraging current sales leaders
  • Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and communicate impact to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Sales Trainer/lead in healthcare sales or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of Neurovascular experience (clinical, commercial education, or related)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ZOOM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in training design/delivery or instructional design
  • Leadership development or program‑management experience
  • Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Project management experience and cross‑functional leadership
  • Challenger Sales Program Certified
