Job summary

AVANTSI SEMITECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior software engineer to design and develop machine control and automation software using C#, C++ and .NET. You will work on software architecture, HMI, sequencing and equipment control systems.

You will implement motion control, servo and vision systems, lead integration and debugging, and collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver complete equipment solutions. Some travel to China may be required for customer projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software/EE field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor equipment or industrial automation.
• Strong programming skills in C#, C++ and .NET.

• Lead software integration, debugging, performance optimization and system validation.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver complete equipment solutions.
• Support equipment commissioning and customer projects in China when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or industrial automation.
• Strong programming skills in C#, C++ and .NET.
• Hands-on experience in machine automation, motion control, and system debugging.
• Independent, practical and capable of driving complex engineering projects.

Preferred:

Semiconductor equipment, robotics, machine vision, SECS/GEM and NPI experience.
