What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the evolving needs of the Direct Division
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions with a focus on configuration over code
• Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the utilization of the CRM platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and support system performance monitoring
• Mentor team members on technical standards and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience developing on the Salesforce platform
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce core and industry-centric toolkits
• Expert skills in developing Lightning Web Components, APEX, and APIs
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce across enterprise systems
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I
