What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the evolving needs of the Direct Division
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions with a focus on configuration over code
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the utilization of the CRM platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and support system performance monitoring
- Mentor team members on technical standards and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience developing on the Salesforce platform
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce core and industry-centric toolkits
- Expert skills in developing Lightning Web Components, APEX, and APIs
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce across enterprise systems
- Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I
