We invite a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong Java expertise and some hands-on Python experience to join our team. You'll be a key contributor to our brand-new initiative focused on building a powerful CI/CD tool that aggregates data from internal systems and transforms it into clear, access-controlled dashboards, offering teams and stakeholders real-time visibility into project progress and delivery status.

Is that you?

5+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including building backend services that support data aggregation and dashboard generation
Practical experience with Python
Experience with unit/integration testing in Java/Python
Strong understanding of REST APIs and data integration
Proven experience with access management and role-based permission systems
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Kanban workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

Familiarity with advanced access control models and modern authentication standards
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
Domain experience in fintech
Experience working with Harness CI/CD / Harness SEI

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll drive the development of an essential CI/CD tool that aggregates data from various internal systems and generates robust dashboards with strict access control.

Design and develop new features and backend services that power access-controlled dashboards for different stakeholder levels
Build and implement integrations with multiple internal systems and data sources
Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver effective solutions
Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for new features and integrations
Participate in Agile ceremonies to support effective planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
