A John Deere está buscando um Engenheiro de Software Sênior para atuar no setor de Global IT Operations em Indaiatuba, São Paulo. O candidato ideal terá a tarefa de desenvolver, customizar e escalar soluções dentro do ambiente Salesforce, colaborando em um time ágil e global para entregar soluções de CRM confiáveis e inovadoras.

Serão esperadas contribuições para melhorar a qualidade do código e os processos de entrega, além de oferecer orientação técnica a membros juniores da equipe.

Qualificações

• Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia ou área equivalente.
• Experiência em engenharia de software com entregas demonstradas em sistemas de produção.
• Capacidade de coordenar com equipes multifuncionais em soluções complexas.

Responsabilidades

• Trabalhar como membro ativo de uma equipe ágil, seguindo metodologias de entrega ágil.
• Projetar, construir e entregar soluções de software.
• Melhorar o desempenho, confiabilidade e manutenção do sistema.

Título: Senior Software Engineer - Global IT Operations - Indaiatuba/SP - 120708

As a Senior Software Engineer - Sales & Integration at John Deere Brazil, located in Indaiatuba/SP, you will contribute to the development, customization, and scalability of our Salesforce environment. You will work in a global Agile environment, helping to design and implement highly reliable CRM solutions and integrations, while continuously improving code quality, adhering to Salesforce best practices, and ensuring fluid delivery processes.

Main Responsabilities

• Work as an active member of an Agile delivery team, follows Agile software delivery methodology & principles.
• Design, build and deliver software solutions directed at improving the overall operational capabilities of critical business functions.
• Break down complex problems into well-structured solutions and deliver iteratively.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to drive quality and innovation.
• Follow all ITIL & Change Management processes related to solution delivery.
• Mentor others and help elevate team technical capabilities.

Skills That You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates, and delivers training.
• Experience in software engineering with demonstrated delivery in production systems.
• Experience in design, development, testing, and integration of medium to highly complex software solutions in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or equivalent.
• Experience building and integrating APIs, services, and data-driven applications.
• Excellence in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to break down ambiguous requirements, lead technical execution for major features, and coordinate with cross functional teams.
• Appetite for continuous learning and dedication to develop deep technical skills needed to further develop, transform, and modernize Risk & Recovery products, processes, and solutions.
• Self-starter willing to take the initiative to resolve technical issues and continuously improve IT products and services.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL for code-based development.
• Experience working with Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, and/or Global Operations.
• Experience integrating or building software that coordinates across multiple services, platforms, or technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise system integration or data flows across business applications.
