About the role

As a Sr. Software Engineer in Asset & Wealth Management you will leverage your expertise in GCP, SQL, Node JS, Java, JavaScript and mySQL to develop innovative solutions that enhance our financial services. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive impactful projects that align with our strategic goals ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our systems.

In this role, you will:

Develop and implement robust software solutions using GCP, SQL, Node JS, Java, JavaScript and mySQL to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design architect and optimize software applications that support Asset & Wealth Management operations.

Analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions that improve system performance and user experience.

Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices in software development.

Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.

Implement security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive financial information.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.

Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and responsiveness to changing business needs.
