FullStack is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (CRM+ Platform) to join our AI-enabled delivery team, working with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development.

You will integrate directly into client teams, own features end-to-end—from design through deployment and monitoring—utilizing C#/.NET, Vue, Azure, and data-heavy CRM capabilities in a remote, international setting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Vue; React or Angular experience transfers well.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure.
• Solid experience with SQL Server - schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development. Hands-on experience using Claude Code as part of your engineering workflow.
• A customer-first, product-minded approach to engineering.
• Passion for contributing to customer discovery conversations, root cause analyses (RCAs), and occasional customer demos.
• Experience working on CRM or data-intensive platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience working with Datadog, Playwright, and other observability and testing tools a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Success.
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate directly into the client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

• Contribute to customer discovery conversations and RCAs, and occasionally demo to customers.
• Work on CRM or data-intensive platforms.
