🚀 We’re Hiring : Sr. Engineer (React + UX / UI Knowledge)

Join our Site Reliability Engineering team and help improve internal web applications built by engineers, for engineers.

We’re looking for someone who can not only code clean, performant interfaces in React, but also elevate the usability and UX flow of the tools our teams rely on every day.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Work on existing React-based internal applications used by engineering teams.
• Reorganize and improve existing UI / UX for better usability and performance.
• Implement new functionality and drive user‑focused design improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams to understand pain points and deliver better experiences.

🧠 Must Have

• React expertise (core requirement)
• Experience delivering with multiple frontend frameworks / languages
• HTMX experience (required)
• Lit experience (nice to have)
• Comfortable working on UX layer (not just layout — real usability improvement)
• Some UX design experience is a big plus

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools over marketing sites
• Wireframing and talking to users
• Backend familiarity (Go or Python)
