A leading tech consultancy is seeking a Remote PJ Contractor in Brazil. The successful candidate will possess strong cloud and full stack development experience, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, mentoring engineering teams, and maintaining application DevOps processes. Candidates should have at least 5 years in development and a strong understanding of serverless cloud solutions. This role promotes a diverse and inclusive culture within the organization.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience using build and deployment tools.

Overview

Remote PJ Contractor

Must have

• Strong English speaking sl
• 5+ years experience architecting and developing full stack solutions and utilizing software
• build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Git, GitLab, CI / CD).
• 5+ years application and backend API development experience (object-oriented, Java, Go, TypeScript / JavaScript).
• 5+ years web application development experience (HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, TypeScript / JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of cloud serverless solutions (AWS…S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge).
• Experience working with cloud database services (RDS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS / ECS / Fargate).
• Experience with cloud build and deployment tools (Serverless, AWS SAM, GitLab).
• Experience working with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and cloud deployment languages (Serverless, CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform).
• Base understanding of cloud services and infrastructure (VPC, EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, IAM, CW).
• Agile development and deployment experience (JIRA, CI / CD).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Plus

• AWS Certification (AWS Solution Architect Associate, AWS Developer, AWS DevOps)
• Other cloud certifications are nice to have (GCP, Azure)

D2D :

• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions.
• Mentor peer engineering team members on technical decision making, code reviews and enforcing engineering practices and standards.
• Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers.
• Work with cloud engineering teams to design and develop cloud native services.
• Manage strong partnerships with technologies suppliers; understand and advise on their roadmaps and product evolution.
• Maintain application DevOps processes and deployment pipelines to implement and support application and feature releases.
• Assist in system migration to the cloud supporting refactoring legacy system to modernize the application or integration services to leverage cloud native services and solutions.
