A global tech company is looking for a Sr. Engineer with strong React expertise and UX/UI knowledge for a remote position. This 6-9 month contract involves improving internal applications for better usability and performance. Ideal candidates will have experience with multiple frontend frameworks, HTMX, and a proactive approach to enhancing user experiences. A competitive USD compensation package is offered.

What You'll Do

• Work on existingReact-based internal applicationsused by engineering teams.
• Reorganize and improve existing UI / UX for better usability and performance.
• Implement new functionality and drive user-focused design improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand pain points and deliver better experiences.

Must Have

• React expertise(core requirement)
• Experience delivering withmultiple frontend frameworks / languages
• HTMXexperience ( required )
• Comfortable working onUX layer(not just layout — real usability improvement)
• Experience buildinginternal toolsover marketing sites
• Backend familiarity (Go or Python)

Nice to Have

• Litexperience ( nice to have )

• Wireframing and talking to users
